Austin St. Jefferson, TX 75657: To make a utility payment in person or overnight drop, submission of building permits, sign permits, walking tour permits, amusement ride permits, alcohol permits, event applications, general questions on water, sewer, streets, and/or city cemetery lots.

Overnight Drop Box for Utility  Payments:  Place in the drop box located 305 E. Austin Street (Visitor Center: GREEN door at west end of building).

Property / Building

Application for Sign Permit, Building Permit, Street or Alley Abandonment must go before city council for approval. To be placed on a meeting agenda, all documents must be received at City Hall, 305 E. Austin Street, no later than 5pm the Wednesday before the council meeting. Regular Council meetings are scheduled for 5:30 pm the 3rd Tuesday of each month.
