Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Jefferson City Council will be held on September 8, 2020 at 5:30 PM at the Jefferson Transportation Center at 305 E. Austin Street, Jefferson, Texas, at which time the subjects to be discussed or considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are as listed below.

a. Discussion/Public Input on the Proposed Budget for 2020/2021 Fiscal Year
THIS BUDGET WILL RAISE MORE TOTAL PROPERTY TAXES
THAN LAST YEAR’S BUDGET BY $35,263 OR 4.68% AND OF
THAT AMOUNT $10,379 IS TAX REVENUE TO BE RAISED
FROM NEW PROPERTY ADDED TO THE TAX ROLL THIS YEAR.
