NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORDER OF THE OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR ISSUED MARCH 16, 2020, THE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF JEFFERSON WILL CONDUCT ITS SPECIAL MEETING SCHEDULED ON THURSDAY, APRIL 16, 2020, AT 5:30 P.M., LOCATED AT BROWNRIGG INSURANCE COMPANY, 110 EAST LAFAYETTE, JEFFERSON, TEXAS 75657 BY TELEPHONE CONFERENCE IN ORDER TO ADVANCE THE PUBLIC HEALTHGOAL OF LIMITING FACE-TO FACE MEETINGS(ALSO CALLED “SOCIAL DISTANCE”) TO SLOW THE SPREAD OF THE CORONOVIRUS (COVID-19). THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC ACCESS TO THE LOCATION LISTED ABOVE.
