TEXAS CAPITAL FUND
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The City will conduct a public hearing on December 23rd, 2019 at 5:05 p.m. at City Hall located at 102 N. Polk St, Jefferson, Texas 75657. The purpose of the public hearing will be to discuss the City’s Texas Capital Fund project funded through the Texas Department of Agriculture. This hearing will be held to review the City’s program performance including the actual use of Community Development Block Grant funds expended under contract #7219002. Persons with disabilities that wish to attend this meeting should contact City Hall to arrange for such assistance. Individuals who require auxiliary aids or services for this meeting should contact City Hall at least two days before the meeting so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
