1. Presentation by Dr. John Cooper regarding strategic planning and related topics for the City of Jefferson. Discussion may follow the presentation.

NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AT THIS WORKSHOP. A QUORUM MAY OR MAY NOT BE PRESENT.
